ABSTRACT
Job security was enacted by the Law no.4773 and has gained a significant ground in practice through the Law no.4857. In parallel, another legal fact, namely termination agreement, which has not been applied for long years was roused up all again. Although termination agreement was not applied too often during the Law no.1475, it has been in the process of becoming widespread following the taking effect of job security by the Law no.4857. In the situations where the labour agreement is terminated through a termination agreement by the both parties as agreed, there is no way for the worker to benefit from the job security arrangements. This is the main reason why termination agreements are becoming widespread
