ABSTRACT
In this study, how the confidence factor settle between the workers and its influences to performance are tried to be determined. In accordance, the questionnaire have been applied to 353 workers in 21 factories which have been function in automotive industry in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. The results revealed, employees whose participated in questionnaire, have been middle performance and significant positive relationship among employees confidence to their firms and their performance. It confirms relationship between two variable that general confidence level is middle to like performance. This results revealed that performance affected to confidence, also if the confidence is increased in working environment, employees performance will be increase. The higest relationship considered among confidence which employees feel to each other. The other results respectively, the confidence to managers and the confidence to firm have relationship with performance. Also, it is concluded that first of all education and employment qualifications and than seniority affectives to confidence level. While the countries whose social capital dynamic are high have the competition advantage in the global competition the cost of work achievement of the countries whose dynamic is low is increasing every single day. In order to decrease these costs, the formal precautions are deficient, it is needed the social capital elements, especially the confidence factor to be activated with coordination and in an informal way among the workers.
