Çalışma ve Toplum (labour and society) journal  is an open access and peer-reviewed academic journal published four times a year.

The Journal was first published in 2004 and since then it has been one of the regularly published academic journals in the field of social policy, labour law, industrial relations, and labour economics in Türkiye.

The Journal is published by Birleşik Metal-İş Trade Union, a member of the Confederation of Progressive Trade Unions of Turkey (DİSK). The journal is editorially independent.
