ABSTRACT
Enterprise, despite the use of the concept in Turkish Labour Law and legislation as a general rule with workplace is not defined in the Labour Act No. 4857. It is accepted by all that enterprise and workplace are not the same concept, while workplace is a technical unit that it produce commodity and service, but enterprise is a general economical unite that it’s goal is profit. In individual labor law, “enterprise” more than the importance of the concept of “arising from enterprise to business and therefore a valid termination of the employment contract” and the entity granting the employer in cases of child emerges as a requirement of the job. This work is “business” even though the concept is extremely important business legislation being defined, in practice, and stresses that this is only for convenience and the proposal brings to the proceedings
