İşyerinin devri, Devrin Hukuki Sonuçları, İşyerlerinin Birleşmesi, İşyerlerinin Bölünmesi Effects of Split, Merger and Operating Type Changing to The Labour Relations According to The Turkish Trade Act Tta 178; 158; 190 In this study, the effects of transferring the operating rights through split, merger and operation type change, which take place in the new Turkish Trade Act which will be in force on 01/07/2012, on workers and labour acts will be discussed. The fact that this regulation contrasts with the 6th article of Labour Law No 4857 which regulates the same subject takes the attention. Giving the worker the right to object to the transfer and to demand guarantee for his/her holdings, terminating the labour act through objection to the transfer, accepting joint liability for split, merger and operation type change and regulating some differences in the field of scope of this responsibility are crucial renewals to pay attention
