ABSTRACT
One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic in business life is that employers have quickly implemented the remote work model in order to protect the health of employees and to continue their activities. The inadequacy of the current legislation regarding remote work, which has become a part of business life and probably will continue to be implemented after the pandemic, was clearly seen during the pandemic. Therefore, both the existing problems of remote work and the new and important problems that arise with the Covid-19 pandemic need to be solved with legal regulations. Accordingly, in our work, we will try to explain identify problems specific to remote work and our solution suggestions for these problems. In the study, it is aimed to identify all important points of remote work in terms of individual and collective labour law, social security law and occupational health and safety law and offer a solutions
