ABSTRACT
Union securitas are regulated in the Fourth Section named “Securitas” of the Unions and Collective Employment Contract Law code nr.6356 . The securitas of the management of labor organization Art. 23 , the securitas of the workplace union representation Art. 24 and the securitas of freedom of union Art. 25 are ruled differently in the Fourth Section. In this study, the securitas of the workplace union representation will be examined in the light of the Supreme Court’s decision Chamber 9 . For this reason, firstly the decision and its summary will be mentioned. Secondly, the securitas of the workplace union representative related to the Supreme Court’s decision will be explained. Finally, our evaluation will be expressed about this issue. The conditions of utilization from the securitas of the representation will not be covered because of the fact that this issue hasn’t been discussed also in mentioned decision
