ABSTRACT

With the issue of interregional development differences in Turkey, has been occupied the public opinion, development efforts and policies regarding underdeveloped regions have been carried on. The approach of encouragemant investment has been used as an effective tool in developed countries for years, to decrease the differences among the development levels of regions. The purpose of this study is to analysis regresion the relations between the variables related with each other in a reason-result relation
