Sendika, Sendika Yöneticisi, Sendika Yöneticinin Güvencesi Meaning and Scope of the Security of Trade Union Administrators The security of trade union administrators is first included in our legislation through Trade Union Law no. 274. Security, in conformity with the purpose of the given law, has not been enabled up to the present. Therefore, provisions regulating the security of trade union administrators have gone through substantive changes. In this paper, we’ll attempt to examine the legal framework on professional trade union administrators which was enacted by Trade Unions and Collective Agreement Law no. 6356; evaluate the development of the subject in entire legislation and remark the enabled security and its legal outcomes
