ABSTRACT
Paid annual leave is a core labour right which is organized in several labour law codes and in its own system. However, it is not included in Law of Obligations no. 818 in force at present, but it will be in Turkish Law of Obligations no. 6098 which will be in force in 07. 01. 2012. Interestingly, the law no. 6098 regulated the possibility to increase/decrease of annual leave by the employer as a rule which has not been regulated so far. Just at this point, the related regulation will be investigated in detail after a general introduction
