ABSTRACT
The most important obligation of the employer and the most basic right of the worker is to work in a healthy and safe environment. Providing a healthy and safe working environment is also taking full and careful occupational health and safety precautions. Instead of providing the services themselves, they are offering to provide these services. One of the options of providing these services is to make an occupational health and safety consultancy contract. It is important to examine and determine the characteristics of this legal institution, which also responds to the employers and which is becoming more widespread. This relationship is not regulated in our legislation and there is no judicial decision.
