ABSTRACT
Collective labour agreement which is the product of the collective movement is very important, because employees can’t obtain more than legal rights themselves. Legislator legislated following effect of collective agreement in Unions and Collective Labour Agreement Law No. 6356 of thirty sixth article of second sub-article, for employees can obtain achievement after long interview processes and also sometimes with strike. So revert to old working arrangement isn’t fair, afterwards the expiration of collective agreement. This article analysed concept of collective labour agreement, collective labour agreement provisions which is applied to following effect, extent of following effect, end of following effect, connection of following effect with principle of acquired rights, favorability principle, retroactive effect and extension
