ABSTRACT
The flexibility is described as the new dynamic of Turkish labour market which also means to generate precarious work for the most in the labour market. Thereby the most face to work in precarious, informal and unsecure working conditions. Neoliberal capitalisms marches to integrate more vulnerable forms of labour into production processes and expands the application of flexible working conditions. In addition to this capitalism need to reserve army of labour for keeping pressure on wage levels and working conditions. In this regard, migrant labour comes into the scene as a further vulnerable form of labour and as reserve labour. This study aims to examine the current situation of Syrian immigrants in the Turkish labour market where the number of Syrians reached to 3 million. The article will also show why Syrian immigrants is the new precariat in Turkey
