ABSTRACT
Many researchers are studying on social gender phenomenon which is staying or leaving out of the borders of industrial relations as a problem. By increasing the education level of women and participating in working life, female researchers have begun to reformulate social sciences and this situation attracts the attention of industrial relations field to women and social gender studies. Although, interest and awareness about social gender or women has been increasing recently, there is no industrial relations theory examing the the actors and institutions of industrial relations in the point view of social gender. In this study, the place of social gender will be examined in the discipline of industrial relations. Hegemony, ideology and goodsense concepts of Gramsci, who has presented a very useful frame of industrial relations studies in order to integrate social gender by industrial relations, will be analyzed
