Economics and Law Journal

Submission Rules

Articles can be submitted to the journal in Turkish and English.

Articles to be submitted to the journal should be sent via Dergipark System.

The submitted articles should not have been published elsewhere before or should not be under evaluation for publication.

If the submitted articles are based on a quantitative or qualitative field research, there must be an ethics committee report. Articles without an ethics committee report will not be evaluated.

A similarity report must be submitted with the article. The similarity report should be submitted together with the text of the article but excluding the bibliography via www.turnitin.com or www.intihal.net. The similarity rate in this report should be maximum 20 percent. Articles with a similarity rate above this or articles for which the similarity report is not submitted by the author(s) will not be included in the evaluation process and will be rejected.

The author(s) are fully responsible for the production and content of the similarity report. In cases where it is stated that the similarity above 20 percent is necessarily due to exceptional reasons such as the subject of the article or the methods and techniques used in the article, the field editors evaluate the author(s)’s justifications on this issue and make a final decision on whether the article will be submitted to the referee process.

The statements detailed below must be included with the manuscript.

All responsibility for the published articles belongs to the author(s).

The publication of translations is decided after the editorial evaluation process.
